Ansacom Ltd, which has offices in Tunbridge Wells and Faversham, provides a 24-7 personal telephone answering service and has been working with London Array since January 2011.
Since then Ansacom has provided a call centre service for London Array, handling employment questions, media requests and general enquiries about the project as well as covering calls for the wind farm’s operations at Graveney and Ramsgate.
Recently, Ansacom helped to organise a substation visit on behalf of London Array, which involved taking calls from interested parties and coordinating a schedule of appointments.
