MJ Allen produce low and medium volume, high quality, complex core assembly sand castings in aluminium (to 1 tonne), Grey iron (to 2.5 tonnes), SG iron (2 tonnes) and copper alloys (500kg). The recent expansion of our aluminium gravity die casting (to 50kg) facility has now given us a medium to high volume capability. Coupled with this our fully equipped CNC and conventional machine shop, MJ Allen-ENC, including temperature controlled jig boring and CMM inspection, with fabrication, assembly and finishing (including shotblasting, painting and hot zinc spraying) on site, enables our customers to place a single order for finished components of almost any size and volume.
